Skilleefy IT Institute ("we", "us", "our") provides IT and skill-based training courses. We run a WhatsApp chatbot that answers questions about our courses, fees and admissions. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the chatbot and our website (institute.skilleefy.com), how we use it, and your choices.

When you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the messages you send. The chatbot may also ask for your name, whether it is your first time contacting us, how you heard about Skilleefy, and which course you are interested in.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to:

• reply to your questions about courses, fees, timings and admissions;
• follow up with you about courses you are interested in;
• keep records of enquiries and improve our services.

We do not use your information for any purpose unrelated to our institute.

4. AI and service providers

Our chatbot uses artificial intelligence to generate replies. Your messages are processed by service providers such as Meta (WhatsApp), Google (Gemini AI and Google Sheets) and workflow automation tools. These providers process your information only to help us provide the service.

5. Storage and sharing

We store enquiry details in secure business tools such as Google Sheets. We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers described above, or when required by law.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiries and manage admissions, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

7. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including access controls on our business accounts. However, no online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our chatbot is intended for people aged 18 and above. If you are under 18, please get permission from a parent or guardian before sharing your information with us.

9. Your choices and data deletion

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. To do so, message us on WhatsApp or email edu@skilleefy.com with your phone number, and we will process your request within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
